At Boody, we want you to be completely comfortable in your bamboo essentials, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like underwear cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original state.

  Print and Post

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
